Knitting for Preemies

Our Local Neo Natal unit are crying out for preemie clothing for their unit.  I have not been knitting for very long and this is my first attempt at following a pattern.  I just hope that they can use it.

I landed up having to buy a new phone in the end, my other phone completely broke.  The camera is not so good but at least lets me share my projects with you again x

David and I both have the cold, the poor soul was starting at a new office yesterday, and had  rotten time as he was feeling so ill.
Thanks to the flu jab and I slightly better and can function a bit better than him, but reckon as the day goes on, I will just land up in a ball thanks to the good old Fibromyalgia!!!

Not had the energy to knit or to crochet over the last few days, but hopefully will have some energy back soon and we will back to our usual programming soon (with a working camera!!)

Updates

Well, even though I can't post any pics at the moment, I can at least report my progress.

In Knitting, I have mastered Mitred Squares, which I am rather proud of, have been knitting them in strips and stitching them together as part of a Dolls Pram set for a friend's daughter, need to do a pillow to go with them and we are sorted.

The Granny Squares are coming along as well, I have been practicing lots  of different types of squares have been doing them in DK so some have not turned out quite right as I have not done them with the right wool, but at least I have got the method for doing them, and they will be displayed on my Doddie blanket with pride!!!!

My Camera phone has broken so no pics until I get a new one shortly, also my digital camera charger has disappeared so no access to any pics for the moment.

Which is rather annoying as I have done brilliantly on my Doddie Blanket and I have mastered Mitred Squares in the old knitting!

Shall just need to wait until the middle of February before I can start to share again....unless I find my charger!

My first attempt at Knitting in years, fingerless gloves!!  rather handy in the office when your fingers are cold!!!!!

Dolly blanket for a friend's daughter's new Silver Cross Dolls Pram.

A lovely thick Aran Wool blanket, made with wool from Poundstretchers   - brilliant quality wool!

My Nephew Ronan with his wavy line crochet baby blanket - took months to make and much more wool than I thought it would LOL
